2. For how long we keep your personal data

Yokohama TWS will retain Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by local law to which Yokohama TWS is subject. We are using the following criteria to establish our retention period:
